| Foreign aid
Norway gives several billions US Dollars every year to different regimes around the world (Budget 2005 is 2,2 billion US dollars in foreign aid). Some of these regimes have terrible record of human rights violations and support of terrorism. More than 100 countries have received foreign aid from Norway the last couple of years. The control over the funds given has been poor. The funds intended to the poor an needy, goes into the pocket of the rich and corrupt. Unfortunately some of the foreign aid goes to international terrorist.
Norwegian support to terroristThere has been a well known fact that Islamic organisations has collected funds for suicide missions in Israel this is well documented. In January 2004 a political leader said in a newspaper interview that she support suicide missions against American forces and Iraqi police. Moral support to dictatorsNorway has for years sent government delegations to Cuba to learn about the communist system. Even the right wing Progress party in Norway is a big fan of dictator Castro's healthcare system. The "study trips" from the Norwegian Storting has had a great advertising value to the Cuban regime. In August 2003, Norway sent a high level delegation to Iran. The delegation was lead by the former Norwegian defence minister and President of the Storting Jørgen Kosmo.
"Peace process" fundingNorway has for decades been supporting different terrorist organisations and dictators in order to get involved in "peace processes". All of Norway's involvement in "peace processes" has failed. What has happened to the funds given to the terrorist and terrorist regimes, nobody knows. Some of the funds have gone to good purposes, but huge amounts have not been accounted for. The result of Norwegian funding of for example the PLO and the Palestine regime is increased terror and increased suffering. Countries that have received supportMore than forty countries have received substantial amounts of foreign aid from Norway. Several of these countries are "black listed" by human rights organisations. Organisations that have received support
Just like the Taliban regime view on Al-Qaida and Bin Laden, the Norwegian government does not acknowledge that these organisations supports and encourage terrorism. They are looked upon as refugees and freedom fighters. Terrorist support from Norwegian companiesSeveral Norwegian ship owners has been involved in trade with terrorist and terrorist regimes. One of these companies are the Stolt Nielsen Shipping companies. They falsified documents and supplied the Iranian Khomeini regime with American forbidden chemicals. Liberia's dictator regime have received more than 4 million USD from Norwegian ship owners every year. Terrorist support from Norwegian organisations and indiviualsThe Norwegian Islamic League and the AL-AQSA FOUNDATION, are collecting substantial funds from their Norwegian members for suicide bombers in the Middle East. The funds are earmarked for the destruction of Israel and suicide missions. The US-Treasury is worried about this funding of terrorist, but Norwegian authorities has, as usual, done nothing to stop the funding of terrorism from these organisations. In January 2004 the Norwegian police has compiled a list of 25 individuals in Norway connected to funding of International terrorism. Most of these have legal residency in Norway, several have citizenship and a few operate under several identities. Police conclude that there are six criminal networks operating out of Norway; a Kurdish, an Iraqi (Arabic), an Islamist, an Iranian (Mujahedeen), a Somalian and an ethnic Albanian. Two of these groups were designated "probable" sources of funding to terrorist groups, the Kurdish and the Islamist. The Islamist group, which included individuals from Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Iran and Algeria, is suspected of financing the Taliban, al-Qaida and other extremist organizations. The Svik organisation are certain that the numbers are significantly higher. We believe the Norwegian Police are totally incompetent and have no possibility to infiltrate and find neither those who finance terrorism or organise terrorism from Norway. Due to the international criticism of Norwegian policy on terrorism, the police and the politicians will try to down play the magnitude of the terrorist activities in Norway. Terrorist trainingThe Norwegian government invited the representatives from the LTTE organisation to the Norwegian military training camp in Rana. The LTTE representatives received information about tactics and practical information Norwegian forces uses in foreign operations. There are thousands of foreign students from totalitarian regimes studying. Most of the students receive scholarship and student loans from the Norway. The Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) claims they must have intelligence on students that gain knowledge that could be used to develop weapons of mass destruction, student newspaper Studvest and Aftenposten reports. Unfortunately the Universities do not want to give the needed information to the PST.
